Weekly Pool Services
“Chemical Only” Service
Starting at $100 per month
*Test water weekly for chlorine, pH and Total Alkalinity.
*Add necessary chemicals to balance water.
*Note: We ONLY balance pool water chemistry with this level of service. The customer is responsible for the equipment. We will troubleshoot and repair equipment for a fee.
*Make seasonal adjustments or recommendations for timer box settings.
*Salt water pools are billed separately for salt and salt cell acid washings as needed.
Pricing is based upon a normal residential pool and may need to be adjusted on (but not limited to) the following conditions;
*Trees, shrubs and the high amount of debris that gets into the pool
*Size of the pool
*Higher than normal chemical demand of the pool
*Underground leaks
“Chemical Plus” Service
Starting at $125 per month
Our Most Popular Plan
*Test water weekly for chlorine, pH and Total Alkalinity.
*Add necessary chemicals to balance water.
*Empty skimmer baskets weekly.
*Empty pool cleaner bag (or in-line leaf canister) and pump basket each week as necessary.
*Monitor equipment for proper operation and advise customer on necessary repairs.
*Check filter pressure and backwash DE or sand filters as needed.
*Make seasonal adjustments or recommendations for timer box settings.
*Salt water pools are billed separately for salt and acid washing of salt cell as needed.
*Please note we will thoroughly clean and maintain filter systems for an additional one time fee.
“Chemical Plus Brush” Service
Starting at $135 per month
*Perform all items from the Chemical Plus Service
*Brush steps, swim-outs and connected spa each week
*Only $2.50 a week more than the Chemical Plus Service.
“Premium Full” Service
Starting at $175 per month
*Perform all items from the Chemical Plus Brush Service
*Skim surface of debris each week, if needed.
*Vacuum or net debris from floor each week, if needed.

IMPORTANT SERVICE INFORMATION
IF IT IS RAINING ON THE SERVICE DAY, CHEMICAL ONLY SERVICE WILL BE DONE AND ANY CHEMICAL PLUS OR PREMIUM FULL SERVICE WILL BE DONE THE NEXT TRIP. THERE WILL BE NO CREDITS ISSUED. IF YOU FEEL A CALL WAS MISSED PLEASE CONTACT THE COMPANY WITHIN 24 HOURS AND THE CALL WILL BE MADE UP. OUR SERVICE IS BASED UPON 4 VISITS PER MONTH (48 WEEKS A YEAR) LEAVING 4 EXTRA WEEKS TO BE USED AS VACATION OR SICK LEAVE. WE NORMALLY TAKE OUR VACATIONS DURING THE WINTER AND HOLIDAY SEASONS.
EXPENSES NOT COVERED IN MONTHLY SERVICE:
- ANNUAL CONDITIONING AND WATER HARDNESS INCREASER ($78)
- ANNUAL OR BI-ANNUAL FILTER TEAR DOWN AND ACID WASH OF DE OR SAND FILTERS
- ANY ALGAECIDES NEEDED
- ANY PHOSPHATE REMOVER NEEDED
- ANY NECESSARY PARTS OR REPAIRS
- FILTER CLEANING
CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MAINTAIN WATER LEVEL AT MIDDLE OF SKIMMER – WE DO NOT ADD OR DRAIN WATER
- RUN FILTER A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS IN WINTER AND 8 HOURS IN SUMMER (MORE IF POOL IS HEATED)
- KEEP TREES AND PLANTS TRIMMED AWAY FROM POOL AND EQUIPMENT
- WE CHARGE A MONTH IN ADVANCE. PAYMENT IS DUE BY THE 15TH DAY OF THE MONTH (LATE FEE OF $10.00 IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE 20TH)
- ALLOW US TO KEEP POOL CLEANER AND ALL POOL EQUIPMENT IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION
- ALLOW ACCESS (DOGS TIED UP IF NECESSARY AND GATES UNLOCKED)
- MAKE SURE SOLAR BLANKETS ARE REMOVED ON THE SCHEDULED SERVICE DAY
PAYMENT FOR REPAIRS SHALL BE MADE UPON COMPLETION. REPAIRS UNDER $100 WILL BE DONE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT SHOWING THE WORK PERFORMED AND WILL BE ADDED TO THE MONTHLY STATEMENT. ALL OTHER REPAIRS WILL BE MADE ONLY WITH THE CUSTOMERS CONSENT.
